SendGrid
SendGrid retired its free plan in 2025, keeps three days of logs unless you pay extra, and parks dedicated IPs behind an $89.95 plan. Mailfully sends 5,000 a month free, keeps at least 30 days of logs on every plan, and sells a dedicated IP for $29.

Brevo
Brevo is a marketing suite with a send endpoint attached. If all you need is transactional email, you are paying for a CRM, a chatbot and a VoIP phone system, and accepting an unsubscribe link on every password reset.
At 50,000 emails a month, Brevo costs $56 and Mailfully costs $19. We checked Brevo's price in September 2026.
Mailgun
Mailgun costs $35 a month for 50,000 emails. Mailfully costs $19 for the same 50,000 and has a free plan of 5,000 a month, where Mailgun's stops at 100 a day.
Mailchimp Transactional
Mailchimp Transactional costs $60 a month for 50,000 emails. Of that, $20 is a Mailchimp Standard plan you must buy first. Mailfully costs $19 for the same 50,000 and has no other plan to buy.
